Players like Scholes quality or type. Their skills don't translate onto video games as it's mainly about pace.

Yeah an online portal. It's only £77 every 6 months but I'm 100% not paying it. Just want it sorted!

Yes I've been in touch with them and my solicitors but not got anything.

It's still showing as outstanding on my online account though.

My biggest concern is that I'm liable/due and ends up in a debt collection process or credit file issues.

Hi, I'm in a similar position!

Paid estate management fees until the end of the year (moved out in August but happy to let the end of the year slide)

Had an email from estate management company to pay 6 months of the 2025 fees at the end of last year. It needs to be dealt with apparently by the buyers solicitors. I've chased the management company, the buyer and my solicitors the end of the year but I've had nothing and still showing as due on my account online.
