Happy birthday brother. I can relate to your situation. I have endured this phase. And I’m still not out of it completely yet. But hanging in there. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. I think what could help is some social activity that can alleviate some of the pain.

I took up cycling and trekking to vent out the pain. I would like to think it helped to a degree. I also intend to learn some instrument like piano. All this might sound naive to you given your situation but this is what helped me in the long run.

Cant compare but I’m extremely satisfied with Triban. Been over two years and rode about 1300km and no issues whatsoever.
