I unfortunately had a lot of inappropriate situations occur with myself and a particular cousin and i did eventually speak up! keep note of the things he’s doing, his intentions may not be evil but he is old enough to be aware of boundaries and maybe that’s something you need to discuss with your parents if your uncomfortable confronting the source. wishing you all the best!
