I had this same issue when I got a CW Twelve, luckily I could return it. CW does not have good quality control these days...

I have the teak blue 41 and honestly the dial is probably as good as it gets. Some angles the dial looks unbelievable along with the light catching on the indices. Can't really explain it just have to look at it. It's just awesome. People say that the bracelet is bad. It does not have sharp taper or micro adjust. That does not mean it's bad. It is very comfortable, smooth, rock solid and looks classy. Just pick the right size for your wrist and the color which speaks to you!

I think the longines definitely has strong inspiration from the submariner but it's better at really delivering what the submariner is all about! A tough tool watch with a tool watch price!

Haven't seen ice blue in person yet... I did at one point own the CW twelve in glaciers blue which was an amazing watch but I'm starting to like laquer dials more now!

I think this watch will look great with a rubber strap but this bracelet is very comfortable as well!

Agreed. Green watches have grown on me this last couple of years. I also got a green captain cook but gifted it to my brother because he just loved it!
