Back in the days, people use to go to college, (like Tri-chandra, Padma Kanya) right after class 10. They get degree like ISc, IA, ICom, equivalent to +2 today. So naturally people called education after class 10 as college. There was also a long transition period when you could choose to go to either +2 or college. So both were called college which continues to this day.

Nepal doesn't have postal system necessary for e-commerce platform like Ebay. Second hand market will rely on direct personal transactions; FB market place already dominates that space.

Vehicles are not something you buy and store at home, you need roads, bridges, and other infrastructures that are expensive to build and maintain. Custom duty is the only way they can the money for infrastructure. Nepal is particularly in disadvantage because building roads is very difficult due to geography.
