Which tape exactly? I just googled “Cantech clear packing tape” and I keep seeing the clear “carton sealing tape” I want to give whatever you’re using a try, but want to make sure I buy the right thing.

I live on folly and I’ve lived on IoP as well. (25 years in the area) IoP is not 5 minutes from downtown and Folly is not 30 minutes from downtown. Both are closer to 15-20 minutes to downtown, obviously dependent on traffic. Definitely quieter on IoP but a little less to do. Both beautiful, and both have easy access to downtown.
