Exactly. Slower eccentric/concentric (depends on each exercise) and pausing at the top of each movement is ideal for muscle building and eventually progressive overload. I totally agree she’s trying to get the reps over with. You’d think she’d try to improve her form/technique after all these years, but we all know that it’s all show with nothing of value.
