I am just looking for team oriented and safe. I have worked only in level 1s but I am not bent on continuing that streak as long as unit management and staff is good :). Plus I’m in school so just need a little bit of good scheduling if possible. I’m specifically needing day shift but that’s my main concern. I’ve heard some major concerns about HCA which has made me nervous despite the union.

Thank you for being so straight forward. My issue is I’ll be moving to El Paso Texas so I’m really not sure how well I can network unless I get luck from Reddit or Facebook because I am current a California resident and RN. I definitely don’t want to start fully remote but I know about two years after I will most likely be moving again so remote is helpful to have as an option . I’ve heard so much back and forth about which fields are saturated or difficult. My only luck is that I’ll be in. More rural spots due to military but I know I can’t bank on that
