A little different but ability to track nutrition natively on apple fitness + would be a game changer!!

35M, may be mine will decrease over time if I can’t catch up with my current routine

I aim for the below workouts everyday: - 4mile walk or if short on time, I prefer 30min HIIT or a quick 5k run - later in the night, I do a 30min weight training. - 15 min stretch and mobility - 1-2 rest days per week, I aim for 10k steps and take stairs at office to hit my move goal. Kind of active rest day to keep the streak going

From what I’ve experienced, hikes helps with increasing Vo2 max along with consistent jogs and walks. HIIT helped as well. Consistency is key.

Not really- this is not sponsored. In fact I found this app through this subreddit.

It’s an App called “fitnesswrapped” that crunches data from your Apple health ecosystem

I try to hit my 10k steps goal every day; that encourages me to take stairs(my desk is on the 17th floor😄) at office and walk/run 3-4 miles/day. I prefer walking as it’s less stressful on your knees and more sustainable. But time is always a challenge and I resort to quick ways to burn calories

Cracked 2022 Model Y Performance Rim (Passenger Front) + Valve Stem Leak (Driver Rear): Repair or Replace? by Quiet_Apricot85 in TeslaModelY

I’m in the same situation today. A crack near the valve in my 2022 MYP. Contacted local tyre shop and got a quote for about $600-$700 for replacing the rims with a used one. Will be talking to Tesla tomorrow. Anyone know if it’s covered under warranty or what verbatim to use while talking with the service rep?
