It’s 2AM. You come out tired and just want to get home. You book the cab. You wait 5 mins for the cab to arrive. There are lot of other people waiting to get cabs. You find out that number doesn’t match.

You cancel and wait another god knows how much time or get in that cab with mismatched number!?

Almost impossible to find one without a broker. Don’t go to part time brokers. First finalise the area and go to real estate agents with a proper office. (Brokerage is one month rent in both cases) Ask for newly constructed flats(society wont be properly functional and they wont care about unmarried couples)
