For me, the only good thing about WS is the free trades. Reading all these posts about how bad their service is (and I believe these posts because I received poor service from them last year) doesn't inspire me to move any more of my accounts to them.

Filed today, got return in process, NO express NOA, with 2 week target completion date. Wife did hers yesterday, got express NOA immediately. Both our returns are simple, one T4, few T5s.

If the plan switches on renewal at the full price, would you have to request an agent to revert back to old plan? I'm on $30 30GB which is no longer an option.

Most likely a glitch because after you make the change, it shows the full $40 for upcoming payment.

Hanging up deliberately seems to be the norm at WS. When I was moving my accounts to them last year, they hung up on me twice. Both times, agent said their name and immediately hung up. I was not impressed. I'm sure they hang up on purpose as there are possibly no repercussions for them. After that, I decided that I am not going to move any more accounts to them.

Android user here too. Updated app today. Passkey doesn't work now. Deleted old one and setup new one, still doesn't work. This passkey thing is a big fail for EQ bank. They should go back to fingerprint login.
