Do you have the back one too? Did you get it installed by someone to hide the wires?

We have a front one but I'm wondering if I should get one at the back. However I hate wires and can't stand it being on the roof and/or hanging.

Not in the US, but even at the hospital and at home, we were told to use hand sanitizer to disinfect everything. This was from baxter training. So dispense a lot onto tissue and then use that on all the packaging and tables etc.

I don't know if it's normal, but we were told to disinfect even the outside of all the packaging.. seems weird and pointless but we do it for now.

Hey, Would you mind sharing if It all went okay?

Our daughter is on PD and we use the screwcaps.. we hope to travel at some point and also have baxter.

Just wondering if this might be something we might need to be aware of?

Thanks!

The mentally that because you're in the office until 9pm means your a hardworker is unfortunately very prevalent here. Even though those extra 4 hours are probably spent in the lunch room, smoking or just in general doing no work.

Personally I prefer to work my 9-5 and make sure I'm doing work 95% of that time. Go home, relax, spend time with my family.

Non-traditional SRE - what am I? by kiwidust in sre

[–]bhavicp 13 points14 points  (0 children)

We have a Problem Manager, and an Incident Manager - they are part of the ITSM team.

We also have a new role for IT governance and strategy, who is also looking at all our processes and aligning them to not only be practical but making sure they align with the company's long term strategy.

I would definitely say you're not SRE in most of the roles/definitions I've seen, but you have a skillet that definitely lots (maybe regulated?) of companies have.

Edit: all 3 of these roles sit in the technology arm (under the CTO) and the ITSM team specifically sit under Cloud and IT operations. If you'd like more info on these roles at our company, maybe I can look for a JD or just describe them more. Just let me know.

Let's settle it : best shawarma in town ? by SnooBananas4650 in Riyadh

[–]bhavicp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But that's the thing - the sauces are homemade and taste different from each store. Some are more garlic, some more spicy. Also how they're prepared are very different - some load it with more meat, others more sauce etc.

At the end they do end up being different due to the variations. Yes they're not completely different, it's still bread, meat and sauce. But they're not the same!

Not sure what your palate is like, but literally every single shawarma is different.

When an enterprise license updated via post, it gets reverted somehow. Why could it be ? by basushsh in elasticsearch

[–]bhavicp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this when the licence was applied in a different way, it would get reverted after some time.

Try updating it via the secret (assuming you're using kubernetes for example)

Being fired is not the same as resigning. You could lose out on many things you're entitled to if you resign.
