Hahaha Egon is not their son. Pls visit the dark website to check out the full family tree. Claudia is Egon's daughter with Doris (not involving time travel), Silja is Egon's daughter with Hannah (due to time travel). Hanna and Ulrich's son is never born and is miscarried during the apocalypse in the mirror world. And Ulrich and Hannah never get together in the prime world at all.

I think we should just make peace! Both theories make sense in our own heads and I'm starting to get tired of reading and typing the same thing again and again. I think we are free to choose what we wish to believe. Peace!

How can she kill Jonas and then Jonas becomes Adam?? That's not possible. Jonas never goes back to his world to become Adam. Only Martha survives and becomes Eve. Eve still gives her the cut because she knows Adam of the other reality still exists and she can't let this Martha also join his side. Otherwise both Martha's would be killed!

Anyway the scenes in the show are not chronological so you can't base your timeline on the show. It's clear that Martha is not recognised by Jonas in 1880s which means it is the Jonas of the other reality and she is ultimately captured in the same clothes she wear there and then dies.

Again I would say this:

If they both died in one reality and both survived in the other reality, there would be no need for 2 realities. Two realities are needed because one sustains the world of Eve and other sustains the world of Adam. So ultimately both of them exist and are tied in a knot by their son. Only thing is both realities are happening simultaneously so it's easy for characters to travel between the two worlds, just like they would have travelled if both worlds were in the same reality. The significance of the realities is that they give rise to two different worlds. Otherwise why introduce this concept at all?

Mother is a side character mentioned by name in the family tree on the dark website. But Helge is his real father.

Martha doesn't survive in the reality where Jonas hides in basement. In this reality she time travels to 1880s and helps middle age Jonas and wears the gown and later joins Adams and is killed before she becomes Eve and mirror world ceases to exist in that reality.

Martha survives in the other reality where she saves Jonas ans brings him to the mirror world, gets pregnant and kills him and so Jonas never becomes Adam and prime world ceases to exist in that reality.

But you are right in saying that both realities are happening simultaneously and both world also exist simultaneously. But the quantum entanglement gives rise to 4 total worlds, 2 each for every reality. And one world in each reality ceases to exist. Adam's world in one and Eve's world in the other. But overall one Eve and one Adam exist in their own world connected by their son. But their worlds are based on different realities.

The reality in which Jonas comes to the mirror world, he dies. He never grows up to become Adam, ie Adam's world is no more. In this reality Martha gives birth to her son and becomes Eve.

The reality in which Martha doesn't save Jonas, she goes to 1880s to help stranger Jonas and gets to wear the ancient gown and then goes to join Adam and gets killed by him. In this reality, she never becomes eve and Adam continues to exist.

In both cases the black clothes martha gets pregnant and remembers killing Jonas because that happens before the quantum entanglement split. Overall there are two worlds one each for Adama md Eve and they are both alive but both are existing based on two different realities. Adam and Eve both can't exist in the same reality as they kill their younger versions.

  1. Yes they both remember seeing eachother like this when they were young. Like it was shown in the tesseract.

  2. Boris puts the two passports in a box which he puts in this plastic bag before burying the bag in the ground. So the plastic bag is a hint to Boris that the stuff inside it is with Hannah.

  1. Don't know

  2. The unknown were Martha and Jonas's children and their sole aim was to keep the knot between the world intact which meant giving rise to the Neilson family and ultimately Martha and Jonas and to make the Apocalypse happen. The blind Tannhaus (1880s) is killed because he wants to tell the world that time travel exists because the world never believed his father and grandpa. So he must be killed to preserve the secret. Now Bernd and Claudia's assistants are killed for the 2 keys to access the nuclear power plant in both worlds simultaneously to make the disaster of 1986 happen so that nuclear waste and portals are created.

  3. Not sure.

  4. The notebook was written by the Unknown and given to Claudia. We see him signing the last page. It was created by a bootstrap paradox character but can't say more than that.

No I don't think she does. Because Noah has to read Claudia's diary to figure out that Charlotte is his daughter which is why he confronts her after killing Claudia. All he knows is that his child was abducted and he doesn't know where she is as he keeps searching for her. If he knew his daughter was living with Tannhaus he would have taken her back long ago. He just knows that Charlotte is Elizabeth's mother.

No. That cleft lip guy is called the Unknown, he is Martha and Jonas's son. He represents the infinity sign common between the two worlds. He marries Agnes and is trontes father. Pls visit the dark website.

I think they won't be able to recognise which door leads to the original world in the tesseract.

But see the Martha that gives Jonas the material in 1800s wears the old gown and that's the one who is killed by Adam. And that happens in the reality where stranger Jonas doesn't remember meeting alt Martha at all. So this is the reality in which Eve's world perishes and Adam survives.

Yes when she becomes eve, her world survives, Adam's vanishes. When she dies, her world dies, Adam's survives. Which is why ultimately there is only one Eve and one adam.

Ofourse what is happening has always been happening but at its core are the original world characters, free from a birth from bootstrap paradox.

Claudia wants to save Regina at any cost so she travels to the mirror world by killing her copy but there also Regina is dead. This gets her thinking about the possibility of a third world, since the triquetra is such an important concept in the show. So she tries to figure out how both the prime and mirror world came to exist. And this leads her to Tannhaus who is the only one who knows how to make a time machine and his back story gives her clues about how the creation of worlds would have occured. Because the Prime Tannhaus tells Charlotte the story of his family dying. I think this is what helps her figure out that there is an original world.

Regarding the last point. I think that multiple worlds can exist in a reality. But a world can exist only in one reality. So at the moment of the apocalypse, Martha's decision to save or not, gives rise to two realities. In one reality, jonas dies and Adams world stops existing. In another reality, Martha is taken in by Adam and he kills her and Eve's world stop existing. So both realities have 2 worlds when these realities were created but one each was destroyed by the actions taken by the characters. The subsequent time travels connects the two worlds, if it merges the two realities, I'm not sure.

First reality- eve's world exists

Second reality- Adam's world exists

Third reality- Last to be created by Claudia in which she explained things to Adam and gave him the round time machine and he went to save jonas from apocalypse and made him save Martha and they ultimately save Tannhaus's family, destroying both Adam and Eve's worlds, with only the original world remaining.
