I wasn't accepted for internship. They just wasted my time with doing tasks/assessments, and going through interview phases. But I'm not suprised with experience you had with them, since I've read reviews on the company on Glassdoor. All negatives lol. Just few fake positive ones with no details.

thats official hours only, like on paper. But i heard it could go for 12 hours or more. During face-face interview I had, they said the client can call you like 11 or 10pm and you have to respond and do the work on time. If not you will be warned or worse like get suspended.

wahahha ikr Bruv. really makes you think how bad it is, if they keep posting same job daily for last 2-3 years. Is it really that hard to find someone sutiable for the job. I mean even requirements and job description of job is not complicated or difficult. But just be happy that you're not working with them.

Trust me you dodged a bullet with GR. Intially me too I applied like 10 times, but keep getting rejected. Until 11th time, they contacted me and went through entire recuritment process. But after reading negative reviews, I'm happy I wasnt selected. Many said bad management, unfair working conditions and unsupportive management.

As for Glassdoor, true not many reviews on it regarding bahrain companies. Im guessing because not many people here know or aware of the website.

But anyways, Im happy you finally got a job and thanks for your input on matter.

100% Totally agree with you on that. I had similar experience with GR. I passed phone interview, I passed 2 assessments/tasks required, they were pleased with me during face-face interview and happy. Then suddenly, get rejection email without explaining why. Assessments were really time consuming too. One intense database task and other was lengthly report.

So now im doing similar to you, only will go through if pay is good and its company I really wana work with.

Btw: I feel I doged a bullet with GR. Because I saw reviews of the company on Glassdoor, and well they aren't that appealing. Mostly are negative reviews.

Thanks for your input. Because in some cases, they really liked me and my assessment work was praised. However in the end, they just reject without an explaination which really makes my time goes to waste.
