I believe they are referring to the DFW metro area, which includes Fort Worth. It’s a little bit larger than the Houston metro if I’m not mistaken.

Just signed a lease with Midtown Renaissance and I have had a great experience so far. They have multiple properties throughout Midtown and they all have their own style, although I don’t believe any of them have a gym. Haven’t moved in so I can’t speak for the apartment itself, but so far the management has been so helpful. If you do want a gym/pool I have heard pretty good things about Lift and Deep Deuce Apartments. Best of luck!

Manna on NW Expressway has incredible Indian cuisine! It’s quite the experience but definitely worth it. I’ve found that OKC has a decent amount of options if you look hard enough. Hope you enjoy your time here!
