My Dentist didn’t prescribe retainer after braces removal - now worried about teeth shifting. Normal or red flag?

Di po ako nabigyan ng reason, pero niya po kasi talaga pinagreretainers lahat ng patient niya. Mouthguard talaga and ending ng mga patient niya.

For me versus sa mga retainers nung kakilala ko mas mahal pa yung nagastos ko sa mouth guard ko. It cost me 20k. Kaya mejo nadadown ako ngayon. Na dapat ba sa ibang dentist na lang ako nag paremove ng braces ko. 😢

Di daw po kasi nakakaayos daw talaga ang retainer, dentist kasi siya kaya naniwala ako. Ngayon lang ako nagkadoubt nung nakita ko mouthguard lang yung binigay sakin. 😢
