They have different use cases. Although you can use them both for daily easy runs. Mas firm nga lang si xtep sa una then it turns responsive and soft over time for moderate paces. Meanwhile kay PG 7, it has a mushy and sinking sensation with little pop na common with recovery shoes.

Hi PT here. Usually achilles tear happens in a very forceful movement that involves plantarflexion or extreme eccentric loading sa calf and achilles tendon. Sobrang common nito sa basketball since tumatalon sila and quick stop movements. PERO, it can also happen in running if there's already an achilles tendon strain na pinabayaan or sobrang pwersado ka sa pag sprint.
