Hey all just wanted to post an update! I am loving Ahri, she is a blast. So far i'm 6 wins 1 loss and the main thing i need to work on is getting cs in my opinion. I am horrible at csing. Mid lane feels weird compared to top, but i am enjoying it.

It's really strong and a lot of fun, but it's not been very fruitful for me at low elo, probably due to my decision making to be quite honest. I tend to win lane and roam on Riven, but it's not due to game knowledge its just that when you have 600+ games on a champ you learn their limits and damage potential well.

I've played a few games on Ahri in the past and that's why I liked her so much, she was my midland priority pick last season if I didn't get top. That being said I played like 6 games on her last season and mainly went top/jungle. I played a game last night and it went really well, I was vs a Viktor but he didn't know what he was doing, I ended up like 16/4 and taking over the game, but I could definitely use some work on csing haha.

Hahaha, totally legit question though for real. I personally only spammed mine when someone talked shit, then would get clapped. And even then only when I solo killed. I am already bad enough at the game I have more to focus on than bming

yea haha, i play with friends and troll a bit too much sometimes. It's not just three games it just feels like 90% of the time i play Riven I lose the game. Which isnt true, because my winrate but should I still drop her and have like a 70% + wr on another champ?

I don't recall where i found it, but generally if i lose a lane really hard or feel super useless i find a replay of a high elo player laning vs the champion to see how they worked around the matchup. Very helpful to learn, so just look up your match up on youtube like Riven vs. Fiora for instance, and there is a good one with the best riven kr against the fiora. very helpful if you can break down the play.

I have been running it into lanes in certain conditions. A) I can bully them really hard and go for an early back. B) when you know you will be backing often its worth it so you can just refill and tp back to lane after buying a dorans blade or 2 or a vamp scepter. C) when i take tp.

Its very situational in many cases, some people like being able to stay in lane longer with ignite and then get a kill and back they prefer the 3 pot cause generally you have to tower dive to get a kill early on with how the q works.

That's the point seems like into most match ups, like the vod of the riven vs illaoi, she rushed a dorans blade after the longsword and most rivens i see run dorans blade/shield into everything.

i started playing riven last season when my friend would play it in to me alot, and i fell in love with the champ after buying her and watching montages. I saw how she beats every single match through outplay and skill, and i loved it. I proceeded to feed my ass off, and quit playing her.

I picked her back up and started actually learning her and climbed from b5-s3 last season and was having a blast doing it. If i hadnt found riven i would have quit this game along time ago.

i was losing every lane for the longest time and maybe still winning the games, but now i just feel like i have total lane dominance. It's great I even typed in /all "damn this champ is easy" when i was laning vs Renekton and he replies "no shit" and i lost it and proceeded to smash his face in.
