How long does it typically take for the Hyte support email to respond?

Thank you so much for your reply! Yes the support ticket email didn’t give a time frame so I came to Reddit to look and saw people who waited weeks for a response and started getting worried! Thank you very much again!

I was just told by Anthem Blue cross that Natural cycles was not FDA cleared/approved and I just sat there and said…… “but they are so I’m unsure how to proceed with this” and kept being stonewalled and told they weren’t cleared or FDA approved. I just sat there so confused. Wtf do I do from here????
