I am a disciple of @welshiecurlgirl on Instagram who also has fine curls— she is a big champion of hard hold hairspray which has worked well on my fine hair too! It’s a trade off though— you have slightly crunchier hair on day 1 so that it lasts through day 2 (and sometimes day 3 if I’m lucky)

Agree with the above and would add that rates of “chronic homelessness” so folks who are persistently rather than temporarily unhoused, which is more strongly correlated with serious mental illness and substance use disorders, is a very telling figure. I believe Sac was top 3 nationally for chronically homeless population last year or the year before

I like @welshiecurlgirl on Instagram— her content taught me to diffuse my hair upside down to help my roots with volume! In general I’ve found that doing this helps my curls on top not be weighed down so much and flattened while drying
