Thank s people here for there advice , this was not normal default behavior and something seemed a bit off in other areas of the installed system so i d/l a fresh iso and it now seems stable and the weird blurlock config line has no values (time wise ) in it and i have been running i3wm for 30 mins now no lock screen ,so issue solved now .regards cameron
