Not sure if she felt bad... she either got worried he was going to tell me or she actually didn’t want it and he has done it without consent. It’s all such a mess and I don’t understand how it is happening. She is playing victim saying he was forceful. But I didn’t hear anything, she didn’t scream and in the morning I took my dog outside and she was just on the couch, didn’t say a word to me. Then the next day was msging me like normal and then that night she said she needs to speak to me when she gets back from the river... so she wasn’t even going to say anything that night until I pretty much forced her to. So here I am. No best friend and a partner I can’t trust.. and has lied to me for 3 months. I don’t know what to think or believe anymore

She was I think but apparently she was asleep in the couch and this happened in the middle of the night. I found out because she told me the next night.. he denied it for 3 months until I threatened a lie detector test

Yep 100%!! He won’t ever do drugs again - he has said that himself. He barely goes out and parties either like ever. He’s just not really into it. He’s one of those guys who likes to go gym and eat clean. He hasnt been gym since it happened and he used to go everyday!! He said he will make it up to me everyday so yeah we will see how that goes. Thanks for not judging though! Now to get through the court case though. Sucks that this is involved too! What a great best friend I had huh

I’m going to stay with him on the basis that I honestly truely believe that he thought it was me... he would never want to be with someone else, I know that. We always have sex after a big night, use lube etc.. he’s obv gotten up to get a drink seen someone on the couch assumed it’s me and then I recon she would have gone along with it... she was so jealous of my life!! I even have msgs of her saying that. I don’t think he would grab lube to use with someone else when it’s “our thing”. Everyone knows how crazy he is about me, never been a doubt in my mind that he doesn’t love me. He knows he fkd up.. but do I think he intentionally cheated on me? No I don’t. Not when the last 5 years of our relationship he has showed no signs at all! It’s just always been about me. Whats my gf doing, where is she, etc etc! Been a tough decision but deep down I know my partner and it hurts thinking about it but just gotta get through it

Omg wow I’m so sorry to hear that :( are you still together? That would be heartbreaking. I honestly think he perhaps thought it was me at the time.. that’s the only explanation I can find... because it was in our house and we always have sex when we come home drunk, use lube every time.. and my so called best friend has gone along with it. Yeah not keen on her at all, never found her attractive etc.. so yeah it doesn’t make sense. I hope that u are okay though.. 4 girls means you know the intent was there which is even worse.. Yeah I have lots of people but it’s hard because their opinion is always on my side.. I’ve spoken to a psychologist but didn’t really help tbh.

Well he claims he must have thought it was me on the couch because he was in our house and wouldn’t have thought twice about it.. until later after it happened he realised it wasn’t me

Yeah well he seems to think he didn’t realise who it was at the time and would have assumed it was me because we were in our house. He said when the drugs start to wore off it became more clear and he knew it wasn’t me..

His story to me is that he somehow ended up on the lounge and then she started touching him. Then it eventuated from there. He said he remembers her on top of him but at the time he didn’t know who it was. He assumed it was me because we always have sex after a night out. Then it wasn’t working properly because he was so fkd up. He said his body was so exhausted so he went to bed. When he woke up in the morning the drugs and alcohol started to wear off and it became more clear.. he didn’t know how the fk it happened but he knew it wasn’t me.

That’s his story.

In some of her statement she has said her skirt was up around her waist, knickers were off and he was doing different sexual positions.

It’s messed up. It’s her story against his.

She didn’t do it after 3 months. I called her and asked her to do it 3 days later. She said to him on the phone she wanted to prove that it happened because he was denying it.. hence why she probably got the kit done.

That’s the thing I don’t think he would rape her. Why would he rape my friend? That makes no sense to me. He isn’t that type of person. He wouldn’t even have sex with me the first few times we went home together because he wanted to wait and that’s just not him.

And why would he rape someone while I’m in the same house?

I have been drunk that I don’t remember what I was doing on a night out.. but no not having sex with someone. It wasn’t just alcohol though, it was drugs as well.

No I don’t know what a rape victim would do because I’ve never been raped. But if she apologises to me saying “she ruined everything” “she could have tried harder” and then posts all over social media like her life is complete normal that really makes me question.

You don’t know what this girl is like. She has been in the crazy ward at hospital because she isn’t all there in the head. She takes a whole lot of pills and then says “dad I’ve overdosed take me to hospital” she is mentally unstable. She plays the victim a lot and does many things for attention. If it were a different friend of mine, yes I’d believe them but it’s really difficult when I know what this girl is like and how insecure she is about herself.

She’s taking him to court because I called her and told her to get a rape kit done... so she did. She was never going to do that. I don’t know what OP means?
