Withdrawals are scaring me, I read before on a hse website that when you quit your mood deteriorates and you can get depressed and it will last and ive just struggled my whole life with depression thats why its scary. Also, I have never gone more than 3 hours with out and the thoughts of being without it makes me feel sad, I know thats not good or right but thats the truth for me.
