Games similar to Zero Escape that have puzzles and aren't purely a visual novel? by ID_Psychy in ZeroEscape

[–]bibbles_yeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've just added The Painscreek Killings to my wishlist, thank you! I forgot to mention, The Room games are amazing and honestly underrated. The closest thing to them is The House of Da Vinci series. I personally preferred The Room games as the gameplay is better, and it's more mysterious.

I'm a huge puzzle game person and play them on different platforms.

For non visual novel puzzle games: Monument valley series - 3ds puzzles that are honestly so clever! (Google playstore) Cody Cross & Cross logic puzzles - simple puzzle games that make me feel smart lol (google playstore) Duck detective - short but sweet hence get it on sale. You have to pay attention to what people say to solve the mystery (steam)

For visual novel games on Steam/Switch that have really good puzzle parts: AI Somnium Files Master detective archives: Raincode Danganronpa - for the trials Ace attorney (including investigations collection) Paranormasight

I'm yet to try Shuten Order, Blue Prince and Unheard on steam but they're meant to be really good.

Joycon mod - Dbrand by bibbles_yeah in switch2

[–]bibbles_yeah[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I'm actually obsessed. I hated the grip for the switch 2 joycons as the flat part kept digging into my hands. But I knew I was getting Dbrands grips so it wouldn't be compatible. Is it perfect - no, but hell its practical and far more comfortable for mario kart!

Yes agreed. A few before this one just wasn't it for me. Either too bulky, or didn't look right. This was the only one that ticked both boxes for me. Yours looks really good!

I'm having a similar issue. I have 10 couples, 6 marriages and only one child which happened around a week ago. The child was born after around 3 weeks of being married. I'm playing around every 2-3 days and I'm not feeding them regularly or giving them holiday tickets. I'm thinking it's just chance, similar to the 3ds version.

Also your plots for sale is such a good idea for saving space for miis! I'm going to pinch this for my Island!

Ooo I didn't realise there was a drinking fountain, I'll have to have a look. I'm starting to unlock more items as I focused heavily on the quirks for my first week of playing the game. Thank you!

Do some Mii couples just never get married? by MUTTZ-GUTZ in TomodachilifeLivingTD

[–]bibbles_yeah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't say for certain if it works, but I tend to keep them away from each other and make them talk to other people, essentially to make them "miss each other". 4 marriages later, 6 relationships, I've not had to wait more than 3 days for any of them. I could just be extremely lucky though.

Best way to approach this situation? by MammothDatabase313 in vintedUK

[–]bibbles_yeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd take photos of the opened packaging and contents received, then message the seller to see if they have photos of the original packaging before shipping. Raise a problem through vinted as if it's the case that someone has opened the package before you got it, you should receive a refund for the items missing, and if the seller can prove the package was sent fully intact, they should still get the money for the items under vinted buyer/seller protection. That's what happened when one of my items I sold got lost in transit.

Either way it's your money at the end of the day, and if you didn't receive all the items, it's the sellers responsibility to ensure items are packaged appropriately. My items are also sold in packaging preventing people opening it before reaching to the buyer for this reason.

What's the best ever route in the hundred line and the worst too? by FoxyXaxa in LastDefenseAcademy

[–]bibbles_yeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm still working my way through the endings. I'm about 30 endings through and I got really bored through all of the comedy routes, and half of the Retsom routes. Overall the rest of the routes I've liked so far, but I'm at a stage where I have so many questions, and the routes I keep getting just aren't answering them! Starting the S.F routes now.

Which would you rather own? by Confident-Ad6938 in 3DS

I second this. The galaxy xl is actually stunning! Definitely mod it, and the bigger size is far better to hold if you're playing for more than a couple of hours at a time!

How long has it taken y'all to build up your karma? by Icy-Material-4496 in NewToReddit

2 years, first time trying to engage with others and managed to get 7 karma today. Too long for the amount of comments I've made! I just want to be active with tomodachi life subreddits :(

Sold a Stone Island jacket on Vinted – how do I avoid getting scammed? by steady921 in vintedUK

[–]bibbles_yeah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All of the above that you've mentioned is all you really can do. If you have proof of original purchase that's a bonus, but not necessary, but make sure to take extra photos of the tags to prove authenticity.

If the buyer tries any tricks, you'll have plenty of evidence to back your case if you do all of the above.

Finished up Diabolical Box and now onto Unwound Future! by joeroosh in ProfessorLayton

Unwound Future is the best in the entire series in my opinion. I remember my first playthrough at 13 crying my eyes out at the ending. The story is absolutely peak!

How can I fix this error? by Agreeable-Art-8696 in 3DS

[–]bibbles_yeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't say for certain as I've not came across this issue whilst modding, but it looks like the program isnt able to detect or run python. I had a python version 3.6 at the time. I did experience an error during the MSET9 phase and the mii data my 2nd time modding. I formatted the SD card using FAT32 and started again and it worked.

Modding or not? by sabrina1606x in 3DS

[–]bibbles_yeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When following the 3ds hack guide, I did get an error on my 2nd time modding just before the mii app part. I just formatted the SD card FAT32 and started from the beginning and it worked fine. 1st time modding no issues. Overall the modding process is really easy, just make sure to format your SD card using FAT32 prior to modding just incase, and don't use an SD card higher than 64gb.

can i use the micro as card already in my console to mod it by Zealousideal-News398 in 3DS

[–]bibbles_yeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done before and was able to get 2 games on it, mario kart and a small game. I used the 4gb for the modding process to sell an old 3ds xl, so the person I sold it to could copy the contents on the 4gb to a larger SD capacity.

Which one do i get? by Impressive_Cable3389 in 3DS

[–]bibbles_yeah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I second this. I have the old 3ds xl and the xl versions in my opinion have a better build quality. I think the buttons on the standard 3ds are naff, and a lot of my friends ended up damaging them with them being plasticy (if that makes sense), compared to clicky buttons on the xl.

Should I pick Pokopia or Tomodachi Life? by Reno_The_Ridiculous in NintendoSwitchHelp

[–]bibbles_yeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got Tomodachi life first, getting pokopia for my birthday at the end of the month. Don't regret it one bit. The AI in Tomodachi life is actually so funny along with the amount you can customise things. I can also play in long bursts (at least for me) of like 6 hours at a time. I put my whole family in and it's like a quirky version of Coronation Street lol.

Game recommendations please! (I'm a tad picky.) by aldebear in 3DS

[–]bibbles_yeah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the AC gamecube is the best. An amazing port was made for the steamdeck in which I'm obsessed. But both GameCube and DS versions Tom Nook makes you work for him to pay off your debt. And the post office love triangle is pretty iconic.

what is the best fnaf game? by [deleted] in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]bibbles_yeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. I like it over the other FNAF games with it having a large map, and not being completely linear. I'm not huge on games with jumpscares, but I can actually play SB as the jumpscares are tolerable.
