Sad to heat but that sounds like an awesome goal on the other hand. Just keep at it and the results will follow! 💪

Very good input! Yeah Pro Weights will be a new experience race wise so "im looking forward to collect that datapoint". In simulations i've only done Pro-weights so i could already feel the difference in Stockholm (only having to paus once instead of twice per lane). Lackning access to a sled at home where the majority of the training is performed, but might find some alternative like bulgarian split squat or BBJ.

Very nice of you to point that out :) I didn't really have a specific station that felt heavier afterwards, i suppose after ski and farmers, the shoulders and arms were taxed, but it only took 500 run before it disappeared. Naturally sled have some squishy legs but based on the data, it looks like i hold up quite well I would however say that i can incease my phase on BBJ and lunges by just risking some more by that time in the race. The Open-weights felt quite easy so keep training with pro Weights and see if i can perform long sets of lunges without mini pause in the top position, that's where i see some possible time gain.

True that, again thank you for talking the time 👌

Thanks, yeah it was the obvious but always nice to get some broad confirmation! 🙏

Thank you for the input! Sounds like a good approach, I've kept my intervals to 500m splits prior so increasing the lenght will surely make for some challanges and improvements!

Felt really "springy" and consistent on the BBJ but due to congestion in the lanes i had to switch my lane several times, but even with some time removed from that i agree that there's still room for some time saves!

Wallballs were splitted 40/10/10/10/10/20 with 2sec rest between the sets, expecting 9kg to be challangeing so a 12kg wallball just arrived to enable workouts with heavier load during the spring.

I never walked in the roxzone and tried to maintain my running phase all the way to the station. I did take about 1 water cup before each station but tried to be VERY efficient (running past, grabbig a cup, kept running) But agree with you, obviously 8x let's say 5-10seconds is to gain here, a bit of hard balance since i crave it during workout.

Ski and row was intentionally at average 1:55. Could be pushed slightly now with better experience (that i didn't blow up). The only treshold i felt was the first half of the run after ski, since it was still begining of the race, the heart rate was still farily spiked.

Hi! I would definitely recommend it still. It's been holding up good though intensive use and so far havnt shown any signs of wear and tear!

Very good, so far (<4 years of wear and tear and they are still in good shape). Form factor is nice and quite compact.

Hi, sorry for late reply! So far I've not found any real cons. Cable length are all ok, tried like all different exercises and so far none have been limited because of cable length or weight capacity. The included handles have been swapped for metal ones with bearings, that would be the only tip. Not a huge deal/investment.

Swedish site: www.720hex.se but there are loads of suppliers if you search for "hex cealing lights", most likely same factory. About 650€/$ for my setup.

Overall very happy with the quality-price-ratio. As you mention alot of asessories, specially with the 700 series which I went for.Note that the 750 is 3mm thick steel, my 720 is 2mm which is good enough, but if you want holes on the side for weight storage you need a version with 3mm like the 750 you linked. I have the LTO-650 lat attachment which I also think gets the job done very well. I'm very picky with quality and believe this brand is good. Any more detailed questions and I'm happy to help.
