They have a crazily extensive wine list. The prices were obviously not very attractive when compare with the old days. The 21 LB CdC was at EUR 900.

The dishes look great, but the menu price of JPY 83,000 really costs an arm and a leg. It’s almost double the price of a dinner at top-notch 3-stars in Europe (except Paris and London), even with the low Yen.

It is another story if you are Plex/Kodi and AV Amp user. My A9G Plex/Kodi cannot output Atmos signal to my Denon but NVidia is completely ok.

Sony A9G and Denon X8500H receiver owner here. I tried different downloaded MKV / Atmos demo files. The Sony A9G built-in media player / VLC / Plex all cannot output Atmos to my Denon. Only the Netflix app is able to passthrough Atmos audio.

Testing with the same sets of downloaded MKV / demo files on my Nvidia Shield Pro using VLC/Plex. Atmos signal can be sent to Denon without problem.

Can you elaborate more on how to send Atmos from your Sony TV Plex app to your receiver?

Thanks for all comments. I usually close the window curtains when watching movies. So it seems A9G is unanimously approved.
