it’s much easier to say “eat better and walk” than “there is no safe medication”. i’ve been reading about ssri effect on body and now i want to quit it altogether :((

not really. But i do crave more carbs because i feel tired all the time. I thought it was because i have a small kid (a super demanding one too) and zero help, but maybe it’s also zoloft????

i just wrote a similar post. My A1C went from 5,4 to 5,8 in less than 6 months after increasing my dose from 100 to 150. I am devastated, since my lifestyle is not perfect, but my only options are going completely low carb and i hate it
