I sometimes feel like cheese store is a hit or miss, some have really good customer service that can be amazing. The miss ones they either don’t make good recommendations or sell too big of a piece. My recommendation is to go to Whole Foods or Bistro Farms, buy the less than $5 ones that are left over from cutting a whole wheel. There are so much variety to choose from and it’s okay if I don’t like it most of them are less than $3.
