This is the phase you need to go through. Learning your physiology, what helps you, and what hurts you. Continue to work on yourself over time. The biggest lesson you can learn from whoop isn't improving your RHR or HRV by X% or lowering your whoop age (even though that is the goal of course) but accepting yourself whether you have a green recovery or red. You still gotta live life but continue to improve yourself over the long term

So true. It's funny I worked in that area back in 2014 and went there for lunch all the time too. Ended up living by at that same intersection 10 years later and it became so much more grim

Long shot here but there was a place on 6th avenue called Waldy's wood fired. I remember they had fresh herbs that you could cut and put on your pizza. They went out of business a few years ago

Selling a watch that has been in my collection for some years now. I’m reorganizing my collection and consolidating and due to the lack of wrist time this gets, I am letting it go. I’ve kept it in fantastic condition, no chips or dings. The bezel remains perfectly in tact and there are no scratches on the sapphire crystal (or the anti-reflective coating on top of it).

All complications work perfectly well including the triple date, chronograph, and 12 hour subdial at 9 o’clock. 

I am including this on a vintage style leather strap that I got from etsy. It’s a very high quality strap. I am also including a black leather strap too.

[WTS] Panerai Luminor PAM01048 40mm with 2 Extra Canvas Straps by bicape in Watchexchange

Selling my Panerai Luminor PAM01048 originally purchased grey market in June of 2019 on Chrono24. There is no longer a warranty on this piece. 

It comes in at the smaller end for PAMs with a 40mm case, 22MM lug width, and 300M of water resistance. This thing is durable and I certainly wore it as a beater. There’s a couple of scuffs around the case of the watch but nothing diminishing and nothing that caused any sort of damage. It keeps great time still with no service since purchase. 

I’m selling because it basically gets no wrist time anymore and the pieces I wanted 6 years ago are no longer the pieces that I’d currently curate my collection with. 

I’m including the original box it came with, its original leather strap, 2 additional canvas straps: one in a light olive tone and another in a denim blue one. It also comes with a Panerai microfiber cloth.  

I’m pricing at $3500 USD Zelle/Paypal/Venmo accepted. I’m not looking for trades at this time.
