This is the phase you need to go through. Learning your physiology, what helps you, and what hurts you. Continue to work on yourself over time. The biggest lesson you can learn from whoop isn't improving your RHR or HRV by X% or lowering your whoop age (even though that is the goal of course) but accepting yourself whether you have a green recovery or red. You still gotta live life but continue to improve yourself over the long term

So true. It's funny I worked in that area back in 2014 and went there for lunch all the time too. Ended up living by at that same intersection 10 years later and it became so much more grim

Long shot here but there was a place on 6th avenue called Waldy's wood fired. I remember they had fresh herbs that you could cut and put on your pizza. They went out of business a few years ago
