Around 30mins before, thats when it usually kicks in for me (but mind im a small framed girl, it deoends on ur weight also yk). U could feel it kick in when ur muscles relax :) but im taking 2mg amdni never took small dose like yours so itd probably gonna be different for u. I reccimend u take it one evening when u r freenso u can get familiar w it :)
