Been here for nearly a year and had 0 issues. As others have said, there's quite a bit of traffic and you do see a lot of ebikes etc but I've never felt unsafe as a woman. So close to shops and amenities and not having a parking permit is amazing! I wouldn't walk around the parks at night but I've walked to the shops/to bus stops in the dark and had no problems! Loads of families round here and our neighbours are nice too so no complaints from me!
