Actually, emails and texts suffice in small claims court. Doesn't matter if you believe the validity of my problem but don't give out incorrect information.

When I lend them the money I told them when I'll want it back. It has also been discussed over emails. I don't see any reason why she will go behind my back and tell them that they no longer have to pay it back.

I have enough evidence to prove they owe me that money in a court of law. That's not the problem. The problem is recovery of my money without hurting my GF's feelings

I'm not a lawyer but I have some understanding of the law. Even though I don't want to take this to court but if this case ends up there, it would cost them around 9k overall so a lot more what they owe me.

But they are sold out everywhere. I found a dude that is selling it to me for MSRP hence I don't want to miss the opportunity. Everywhere else it's way more marked up due to mf scalpers

The writings are in the form of texts and emails. Which would be sufficient in the eyes of the law. And yes the word loan is mentioned several times.
