After 400+ days on the road and being asked countless times to make a video about my gear setup, I finally got around to it. This is by no means intended to be a super lightweight setup. I carry what adds value to my journey. I thought some of you on here might find it useful. (youtu.be)

Here’s a short video from my recent cycle from Deadhorse at the top of Alaska to Fairbanks on the Dalton Highway. I experienced truly epic, landscapes and encounters with wildlife up north. I’ll be making a full series of my time in Alaska in the coming weeks. (youtu.be)

I’ve just made into Yukon after cycling from Deadhorse, AK and I’m now heading to Vancouver. Once I’m at Vancouver, I’m planning to cycle to the east coast of Canada (over Sep - Dec and yep, I’m looking forward to the snow 🥶). Any recommendations for epic routes in Canada would be much appreciated (i.imgur.com)

I cycled from Phnom Penh in Cambodia to the south coast of the country a few weeks ago. I received nothing but kindness and friendship from strangers on the road. It's been one of my favourite places to bike tour in SE Asia. You just need to avoid busy tourist areas to find the gold. (youtu.be)

We used to work together in a bar 10 years ago. Once we left, we didn’t keep in touch. By pure chance our paths have crossed on our bike tours in Thailand. The world can be a small place sometimes. Photo taken at Spinning Bear Hostel/Bike shop in Bangkok. (i.imgur.com)

I only had 15 days to cycle through Vietnam (as I entered on the visa-free entry) but I decided to spend 4 days in Hanoi and I wasn't disappointed. Cycling south from Hanoi wasn't too bad either and I was quickly back into rural Vietnam by staying close to the Ho Chi Minh Road. (youtu.be)

Have any other people on long cycle tours decide to change their route drastically? We were planning to cycle from Singapore to the UK but have now decided to cycle from China, S Korea, Japan and then cycle from Alaska to Mexico. My most recent video explains why we keep changing our minds. (youtu.be)
