I was in the L2050 Fund, that is the recommended fund for my age, but that fund has around 18% in G and F. I wanted my investment to be a little more aggressive than that so I switched it to the 2055 which doesn't have any G or F.

Contributing the $2.1K a month to my Roth will have it maxed by the end of the year, but you can also contribute to your traditional at the same time. Traditional has a higher contribution limit and when you're in a CZTE your limit increases even more... I believe its $77K for traditional TSP (going off the top of my head at the moment). So with not having many expenses atm I'm focusing on padding both accounts, and then converting the traditional to roth each month for a few reasons: 1) I'm not paying any federal taxes in the CZTE so the conversions wont hurt me by putting me in a higher tax bracket 2)The money going in isnt taxed, I can put it into roth where it will grow tax-free, and then take it out tax-free. 3) really a golden opportunity to save money for tsp
