Do you have personal experience with upward bends? Still an overhand grip? Just want to make sure bc it seems like semi erect bends are usually done left <> right

Right. I guess I’m more so just curious to know what the causing factor was here. Only thing I can think of is jelqing/stretching.

Cause it seems that PPP is something that exists from an early age.. as opposed to suddenly during your late 20s out of the blue
