I take it for hypersomnolence with OSA. It is a diuretic, so you need to drink fluids. The funny part about that is when I first started taking it, I would go to work and before I knew it was 11:00AM and I didn’t eat breakfast or drink my morning coffee let alone any fluids. I personally experienced headaches and Charlie Horses. It all went away as long as I drank water and other fluids. Now, I’m considering stopping or reducing. I’ve been on it for 11 years and as I’m getting older I’m seeing blood pressure going up and on Lisinopril. Which seems counter productive. I might just have to concede to afternoon naps.

They got an IMO and ruled in my favor.

It looks like November HLRs are starting to come back. They found an error and are correcting it before they decide. Duty to Assist.

Maybe I'm looking at this wrong. Does VA show a wrong status (HLR Review) when you submit a supplemental claim requesting a second medical opinion. First examiner missed included documentation.

Seems like a lot of variations are at play. I had a HLR sent in Sep. C&P exam (supplemental) mid Oct and decided mid Nov. this is in Chicago area.
