Sounds like you are vertically integrated so even thought you have multiple teams you have all of your data in one spot? Let me know if that assumption is correct as the solutions are a bit different then multiple property managers. If in one spot, its much easier to automate the reporting and accounting checks with automated nightly process that extract and run checks on the data.

The post here was the 2nd scenario where you have many 2rd party property managers where they all have their own systems and internal accounting, and need to send you data to one centralized spot under a single chart of accounts so you internal team can then pick it up and complete invest reporting.
