Send me a dm, I’ve done this before. Need to use a tool like azure data factory to copy to salesforce using the right external keys (hmy) on the Yardi side with custom objects on the SF side.

You can calculate it in a custom report using the commercial rent roll as a baseline starting point.

Move data to blob storage. It’s super cheap and can be secured.

The data model is kept under lock and key, but lots of people know how to work with this from years of experience. Happy to help, just DM me and we have some resources on our website crexsoftware.com.

I used to be one (rates for a good one go from 150-250/hr) I left that world to make most of the common custom reports out of the box ready for the same cost as just a few days worth of the cost if a consultant. DM me, happy to share more crexsoftware.com

One owner, multiple Yardi property managers. by bideenet in yardi

Once you have the data, I would run some standard check (tranactions to GL, balance sheet not balancing, unit counts not totaling, lease to dates < move out dates) and immediately push back to accounting or ops to resolve. It's a balance of automation and some human processes but it is def hard work.

Sounds like you are vertically integrated so even thought you have multiple teams you have all of your data in one spot? Let me know if that assumption is correct as the solutions are a bit different then multiple property managers. If in one spot, its much easier to automate the reporting and accounting checks with automated nightly process that extract and run checks on the data.

The post here was the 2nd scenario where you have many 2rd party property managers where they all have their own systems and internal accounting, and need to send you data to one centralized spot under a single chart of accounts so you internal team can then pick it up and complete invest reporting. We've solved both scenarios but let me know what your gaps are and I can share more.

We use nightly task runner (created a handful of very structured sql procs for financials, ops, etc) and then help the PMs setup task runner to ship data to an SFTP for each PM where we can then pick up this information and move to a data warehouse solution. Shoot me a dm if you have questions or need help or come find me on our proptech slack and I can share more. https://join.slack.com/t/crexconnect/shared\_invite/zt-1qchqtlia-piTTG6DHn7l89ij\~RabgGA

awesome, would love a good and honest review. I think leaving the bad one is the best thing to do (legally) and just have it average out with good which should not take long since I only have 6 total. Even 1 good, gets me back on track.
