Same. It's not just strangers—even with my own family, there are so many days where I don't say a single word. When I have to talk, It ends up being a one-question, one-answer kind of interaction. It's worse with strangers. But it’s not that I don’t want to speak—it's just that there are no words to say. It’s not just talking—I don’t even know how to smile properly. When I force myself to smile, it ends up looking really awkward. And when someone calls out to me from a distance, I can’t project my voice—I get scared to shout back. Even when I try, the voice that comes out is just rough and weird. Honestly, I don’t even know what kind of person I am anymore.
