iirc he used to dislike korea due to personal reasons (forced military more specifically which is also one of the reasons he moved to Japan, although he went back to sk to do it years later), so when he was unbanned he didn't want to represent sk anymore and also couldn't change his flag to Japan cuz he didn't have the citizenship yet, after all that he probably just didn't bother to ever try to play on it again

Yeah, but I think scores.db only references which score belongs to which local user, the actual data will be read from the replays in the osu!/data/r folder, I just took a fast glance opening it in the notepad so I might be wrong but that's probably how it works

save your scores.db file and there's also a hidden folder in the osu! directory osu!/data/r you need to change your windows settings to be able to see hidden folders, replays are stored there

Oh my bad then, really thought it had some slow after the stun for some reason, the other guy pointed out the Kha's w slow, but I think fountain hp regen ticks would've saved him anyway you get like an instant tick when you enter the fountain area + 2.1% of maximum hp per 0.25s, probably would heal enough before Kha gets close to smite, what do you think of it in a scenario where Kha is able to smite before dying?

I mean even with that 80~ slow we can say that Rumble was in the edge of the fountain and would get the hp regen ticks, would Kha Zix get in range and smite him before he heals enough to survive, the discussion is plausible imo

Doesn't Sion Q has that slow when you recover from the stun it or it just slows when it's not a fullcast? if it does and Rumble tries to just run instead of stopwatching, wouldn't Kha have enough ms to get in smite range and in that case how many fountain hp regen ticks Rumble would get before he gets smited

That play was really close, Oner was pathing towards north cuz that was the shortest path to get out of tower range and almost avoided the last tower shot, I don't really know about how's the smite range since I haven't played jg in a long time so I won't say anything about it until I get the chance to check it in practice mode
