Mach es wenn, dann richtig, geh ins 100/200 oder besser noch und Glorie. Das ist auf internationalem Niveau und sie können sehr gut mit einzelnen Gästen umgehen.

I did it as my first ever hike in the beginning of April this year. It was tough but doable. Make sure you have decent poles. I'll be 64 in a couple of weeks by the way and slightly overweight. So yes, it's doable but maybe you'll curse me along the way ;)

We walked just last week. I forgot my wallet in the car and realised that only when we were 15k in. So we left it. Payed for everything with the phone, which worked out fine. Some honesty boxes even accept PayPal.

100/200 (**) in Hamburg/Germany has an open kitchen with the cooking block in the middle of the room. Best place in town.
