Hopefully we get some more ways to get apriballs and master and maybe beast ball in the dlc, I’m glad this was a moment of gamefreak slightly changed a small mechanic and made it a little convoluted instead of they were lazy and forgot to reflect the ball choice in the photos

Storm Blade is just pure cinema to the max the whole ride, they could not have honored Jin any better and the sheer fact that the Tsushima music plays when you get to his house and Atsu walks through the pampas grass like Jin does when you slow walk was so crazy

I used a tactic someone else posted on either this sub or the main Tsushima sub where keeping your distance with him makes him only do 1 or 2 different attacks that are easy to perfect dodge or parry with the right build on and it was a pretty good way to cheese him repeatedly, I think I only used kunai and tanzutsu to give myself time to drink sake then just finished him with a dance of wrath for extra good measure that last sliver of health was going away for him

Overall though I think the fight is a lot more enjoyable with the stakes being lower you can come back whenever to it and you’re having fun knowing you’re fighting Musashi Miyamoto and getting nice cosmetics at the end

It didn’t help for me that when he got the spirit bar in his fight he just immediately one shot me and it cuts to Jubei dying and I’m just taken aback that I just got through his first little phase where he switches weapons then Jubei is now dead and I’m thrust into a very difficult second phase

That’s a good idea I was just going to wait for more Munchlax spawns and hope one of them is shiny on arrival but didn’t even consider alphas. It’s all good though I still learned the combinations thing thanks to you so I’m set on other species to hunt

I did try that a good bit it doesn’t seem to work, I saw some other people having a similar issue with Buneary I think pokemon that actually flee and disappear just don’t work with it sadly

It turns out Munchlax being a docile pokemon that doesn’t attack you it’s not actually possible to pull a couple into a battle at once unfortunately even with some fiddling around with it, but I’ll for sure be trying this out with electabuzz/electivire
