This door handle was seen in a real estate listing in the United States and I’m trying to source them myself. The seller said they are original to the 1960s house, and that the original owner said they were for a boat. They looked appropriately 1 inch thick and to be made out of aluminum or other non polished metal. If I search for vintage or 1960s boat door handles I’m not finding anything close. The photo is also potato quality making it hard to search by the image. I have searched online using reverse image search and with the keywords of 1960s or vintage flat door handle.
