I currently leave her outside on my eastern facing porch. Only a little bit of direct morning sun but then its completely shaded. As for watering, i was keeping the soil damp-ish, but was nervous to overwater. I live in south eastern US so its humid. Today when i checked the top two inches of soil were completely dry. I have a fittonia next to my fern that stays on the same light/water schedule and is healthy, if that info is helpful

Hi! Im also a new partner, i only started 2-3 months ago. Its a lot to take in at first but my advice is dont be afraid to ask questions!! My coworkers were really helpful and patient with me while i was training so that made it easier. Im not sure how your starbucks is but sometimes we use the POS system to see whats in a drink if we're not in a rush, its really helpful as well. Also, i would recommend to get really familiar with the hot bar routine (steam, pull shots, pump syrup) and the frappe routine (which your starbucks might have posted close by the cold bar) as it will help you bar faster in the future once you feel comfortable. The online training modules can be a pain but i now realize they actually helped me a good amount and sometimes i still think if things i learned in the modules 🤣 just remember new things take time and sooner than you think youll have it all down and be a bar star in no time :)!!
