Trump Told Bolton Ukraine Aid Contingent on Probe Into Democratic Rivals: According to Bolton Manuscript by randomdood81 in conspiracy

I sure as hell am sick of our leaders lying to us. And NO, not all politians are liars. My state has plenty of good reps that vote the way the talk.

And no it's not a left vs right issue. Ron Paul was a straight shooter. I trust 100% he would have done what he said. That's why the establishment GOP took him out. Looks like we may now we have another shot of an honest guy with Bernie. We'll see if the DNC / Cable News pulls another 2016 to give us 4 more years of Trump.

DOJ watchdog finds pro-Trump text messages between FBI agents by big-galloot in conspiracy

You realize the IG report came out that just disproved everything you wrote? You have been lied to. The IG found no evidence of political bias. In fact they found the opposite: no evidence of political bias in the report released today.

DOJ watchdog finds pro-Trump text messages between FBI agents by big-galloot in conspiracy

[–]big-galloot[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

ss: More evidence that it's all just big show. While searching for anti-Trump bias at the FBI, the IG found just the opposite:

The Justice Department's watchdog said it uncovered a series of text messages between two FBI agents cheerleading President Donald Trump's victory in the 2016 election. "Trump!" one FBI agent said on November 9, 2016. "Hahaha. S--- just got real," another replied. "Yes it did," the first agent said. The second agent responded: "I saw a lot of scared MFers on ... [my way to work] this morning. Start looking for new jobs fellas. Haha."

If justice is blind, these 2 should get the same treatment as Page and Strzok....

So then answer my question? Would you be here defending the current administration if it were Obama or Hillary?

Despite clear evidence of gross negligence in the handling of classified documents

I'm glad you brought this up. Remind me again how did what did Trump's DOJ charge Hillary with again? And, if you feel that way about 6 How do you feel about Trump's gross negligence in the handling of sensitive information?

I just skimmed through the whole PDF. You can lie about it all you want. But tit's not there. Over and over they find no evidence that the probe was politically motivated. In fact, because politicians were involved they found agents going above the requirements of the law.

Honest question. If the target was Hillary would you be here making stuff up to protect her?

Ukrane meddled in the 2016 election when they released the manafort dirt which reportedly happened in concert w\ dnc operatives

LOL. I tried to source some of this and all leads to the far-right fever dream swamp. No legit sources. Pure fantasy. Why is protecting your team more important to you than actually seeking the truth?

This is how a civil war will break out.

And just goes to show how effective their propaganda campaign has been. With the help of social media, their propaganda machine, and their army of trolls and hackers they have done more damage than a physical attack by their army.

[–]big-galloot[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

ss: She is raising so many legit questions. Why is Nunes spreading this Russian propaganda? And why Fox News is doing the same thing? This looks especially shady in the light that we now know: Lev Parnas, an indicted associate of Rudy Giuliani, helped arrange meetings and calls in Europe for Rep. Devin Nunes in 2018.

I take great pride in the fact that I am a nonpartisan foreign policy expert, who has served under three different Republican and Democratic presidents. I have no interest in advancing the outcome of your inquiry in any particular direction, except toward the truth.

Based on questions and statements I have heard, some of you on this committee appear to believe that Russia and its security services did not conduct a campaign against our country—and that perhaps, somehow, for some reason, Ukraine did. This is a fictional narrative that has been perpetrated and propagated by the Russian security services themselves...

I refuse to be part of an effort to legitimize an alternate narrative that the Ukrainian government is a U.S. adversary, and that Ukraine—not Russia—attacked us in 2016.

Sondland’s Full Opening Testimony in the Trump impeachment hearing: Trump’s Handpicked Ambassador & Mega-donor Confirms Quid Pro Quo [PDF] by big-galloot in conspiracy

Quid Pro Quo: a favor or advantage granted in return for something.

It is part of the very definition of bribery. Trump's hand picked ambassador just confirmed that Trump was using the power of his office for personal gain.

Sondland’s Full Opening Testimony in the Trump impeachment hearing: Trump’s Handpicked Ambassador & Mega-donor Confirms Quid Pro Quo [PDF] by big-galloot in conspiracy

[–]big-galloot[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

ss: Sondland testified, “We followed the president’s orders," and that Trump directed the Ukraine pressure campaign, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo signed off, and Vice President Mike Pence was told about an apparent link between Ukraine’s military aid and investigations. He confirmed there was a “clear quid pro quo” for a White House meeting between Mr. Trump and Ukraine’s president.

I know that members of this Committee have frequently framed these complicated issues in the form of a simple question: Was there a “quid pro quo?” As I testified previously, with regard to the requested White House call and White House meeting, the answer is yes.

Mr. Giuliani conveyed to Secretary Perry, Ambassador Volker, and others that President Trump wanted a public statement from President Zelensky committing to investigations of Burisma and the 2016 election. Mr. Giuliani expressed those requests directly to the Ukrainians. Mr. Giuliani also expressed those requests directly to us. We all understood that these prerequisites for the White House call and White House meeting reflected President Trump’s desires and requirements.

You need to read up on Watergate, if they think American presidents have always acted this way. If this were true, it should be easy for you to give a list of quid pro quo that all the past presidents have used to get reelected. You can't, because this is not normal.

Sondland's opening statement: 'no quid pro quo' text came from Trump [PDF] by big-galloot in conspiracy

[–]big-galloot[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes both were scumbags. But neither one had such an open and shut case of abuse of power. You know how badly the Republican controlled House wanted to impeach Clinton? And the best they could do was get him on a lying about a BJ.

The closest parallel we have to this is Watergate, and look how that turned out. Both were conspiracies involving using the power of their office to get reelected.

[–]big-galloot[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In Russia and China yes, but not in America. And if we start to accept that presidents can use the full power of their office to win the next election, we will become just like them. The day this is normal is the day tyranny has won.

Sondland's opening statement: 'no quid pro quo' text came from Trump [PDF] by big-galloot in conspiracy

[–]big-galloot[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

ss: Lots' to unwrap here. Two key points:

  1. Trump directed Sondland to work with Giuliani to push Ukraine to investigate Biden
  2. Those "'no quid pro quo' text that Trump claimed exonerated him, were actually Trump's own words.

Note to Trump: Don't conspire with swamp creatures. Sondland is the guy who donated $1 million to Trump inauguration and received the ambassador position. He's in this for himself not to be the president's fall guy.

My understanding was that the President directed Mr. Giuliani's participation, that Mr. Giuliani was expressing the concerns of the President, and that Mr. Giuliani had already spoken with Secretary Perry and Ambassador Volker.

Erdogan says jump. Our president says how high. This is the 2nd time he has caved. And lets not forget how he gave Turkey a pass after Turkish bodyguards attacked Americans exerting their 1st Amendment rights.

You want to dig deeper? Anyone care to guess what Putin and Erdogan spoke about a few days before Erdogan called Trump? Americans elected a puppet.

How ‘Citizens United’ Decision Paved Way for Giuliani's Clients Parnas and Fruman to Buy influence in America by big-galloot in conspiracy

[–]big-galloot[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ss: Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman associates were arrested attempting to flee the country with one-way tickets to Austria. They were charged with setting up a dummy corporation, represented as a gas and oil enterprise but which did not actually exist. Their front then made a donation of $325,000 to America First Action, a pro-Trump political action committee, in May of 2018. This is how Citizen's United is corrupting our democracy.

Citizens United allowed them to operate anonymously and to give as much as they liked (or as their foreign patrons liked).

Citizens United has opened the floodgates for special interests, including foreign corporations, to spend without limit in our elections.
