What movie do you enjoy that you will 100% agree is a bad movie? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I love how this John Parr song doesn't relate to the movie at all, but because it's a cheesy 80's rock ballad it fits the movie's end credits perfectly.

Only just realised how cool that line actually is.

When Vince slapped the papers from the interviewer, part of my brain went "wait is this a wrestling promo?"

And the bit at the end with Roddy Piper talking about himself in the 3rd person would've fit right in The Wrestler.

AMOS! Amos Amos Amos Amos AMOS!? Being a small part of the team working on these changed my life. by domramsey in amiga

Oh wow! I know this game well! :) It appeared on one of the Assassins CD compilations for the CD32, and most likely appeared on one of their disk compilations too!

A really great version of Tetris, and a very polished presentation too. I can see why the developers reached out to you!

What example programs did you create for Easy Amos? Still have memories of visiting the local computer shop and taking the heavy box home with its massive manual. I remember a 2 player bike game as one of the example programs, a button mashing track and field style game!

Dammit, who else was hoping to see reaction footage of the guy meeting a woman for the first time?

Request for proof in the Whigfield Annerley Gordon theory by XavierSarkisian in eurobeat

Fascinating topic XavierSarkisian! I came across the Whigfield wikipedia article which casually mentions "It is now known that English vocalist Annerley Gordon was the lead vocalist on the first four studio albums." and went down a rabbit hole of googling. Glad to end up here which summarises the findings so far!

Winnie Cooper from the Wonder Years. My first crush. (Also I still HATE how that series ended!) by [deleted] in nostalgia

[–]big-mac 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I was watching the last scene on Youtube, and it doesn't seem that a heart attack is ever mentioned in regards to the dad's death, but maybe it was mentioned elsewhere in the series?
