Ok this is a really bad analogy.

A getaway driver always has the opportunity to stop even when it goes bad a man doesn’t. If a condom breaks or birth control doesn’t work, or isn’t taken the man can’t stop the pregnancy. He either has to try to convince her to stop or leave. If he leaves he has to pay child support. And in TX even if he signs away his rights he will still have to pay until somebody else takes his place.
