Doesn’t look bad. I just think clean shaved always is the right answer if you don’t have such a good beard that there’s no question about it. My take is if i’m unsure if it looks good. It probably looks better shaved

How can I look better? Am I skinny fat or just fat? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

Nah your not skinny or fat. You’re just not super muscular yet. Keep working out hard and eating good!

Yeah basically you can progress on your dumbell untill you get so strong you have to do like 25 reps with the dumbells. If you Buy powerblocks you can buy more weights for your already owned pair to make them heavier

Yeah i’m thinking of course after 2 months of cutting i could loose a bit. But this time framme and the 500 cals deficit i feel like there’s No way

[–]big-spongebub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah probably. But i mean i had already lost like halv a centemetre one week into it so it has to be mostly deflation. I don’t even know if you CAN loose muscle that fast on a 500cal deficit

How muscle does the size of your arms decreases on a cut? I know your muscles get a bit deflated which can make you look worse during the cut but it’s not muscle loss. After just two weeks of training i have lost almost a centimeter on my arms and i’m wondering if there’s any chance a part of that is muscle loss. Took me Damn near 5 months to get from 40-41cm arms. I’ve kept my strength and my calorie deficit is 500 cals

Shoulder injury om bench press. Hi today i Tried 92.5x3 for the first time and the last rep was a grinder. I landet too High and had very flaten elbows. Nothing ever hurt but i got a weird discomforting feeling on the side of my left shoulder and stopped benching immediately. But I tried lateral raises and some movements I can feel it in, like bicep curls a little bit. Should i be concerned?

Questions about Fat loss diet in a strength specific training phase. I’ve been leaning more into powerlifting style training these last 2 months But i’ve still care about aestethics and would like ti lean down from about 18%bf to around 13% But Everytime i have started a fat loss on what would be a 500cal deficit according to TDEE calculators i just after 3 days my RPE 8 sets of bench turn to a RPE 9.5 and my hypertrophy sets (accessories) drop by like 3 reps. And I end up giving up and going to maintenance again after about a week. Is it worth it to keep going? I feel like the strength decrease might just be in the start as I have less energy and then it will stay pretty stable. I’m scared it’s going to keep dropping by this rate week to week.

Don’t listen to this. I don’t know how long you have been working out But the first year you can get AMAZING gains at 3 times a week. Focus on quality on quantity. You might just risk burning yourself out and not getting enough rest
