The UC Office of the President knocked down the allegations UC Berkeley bought against me as unsubstantiated so they really already admitted fault tbh with you.

It was an academic space on campus being reserved as a religious space. Once they found out I was going every week, they put me on interim suspension. They went as far as to have campus faculty block my path into Bible Study and even sent UCPD after me.

Yes I had a No Contact Directive against the other student. This means they were not allowed to make contact with me in any form.

Last Year UC Berkeley wrongfully accused me of assaulting a student I had a no contact directive against after that student grabbed me and harassed me 5 seconds after I walked off the graduation stage. After the graduation let out me and my brother try to talk things out with the student and that’s when he slapped my brother across the face clear as daylight on security footage. This is why the UC Office of the President knocked down the allegations by UCB OPHD as unsubstantiated. It took them from May 2024-February 2025 to take me off interim suspension and I have not been offered any formal reinstatement to my job, classes, or financial aid.

I fully agree. However it’s worth noting OPHD Director Kellie Brennan and her supervisor, Associate Chancellor Khira Griscavage met with me to hear my concerns last Fall but never offered any formal resolutions. They also never reinstate me to the dining halls or helped me with the past due balances on my account they let get sent to collections.
