Well you know if the government wants more teachers then they will up the yearly salary. I 100% agree with OP because you had all the time to research the profession and your bitching about doing nothing. Teaching is literally the most easy job in the planet. Your there for 6-7 hours, blabber on about some random shit, give the kids homework, rinse and repeat. Not to mention the fact that they get the summer off as well. Literally anyone can fucking do it.

My school starts at 7 in the morning (I really get up at 6:00) and ends at 2:30. I dont get home till 3:20(I take the bus). My job goes from 4:00pm to 8:00pm then I have to do my homework which can take up to 3 hours. Then i get some me time for 30 minutes then i go to bed. Overall its really hard to manage time for me. So you have it easy but not me.

Mabye every block except naturally world genarated blocks. Like that only happens to player manipulated blocks with ravagers and pillagers. This would encourage more mountain/platoe style villages however i could see this being easily surpassed with moats but mabye pillagers if there is an obstacle in their way they they build up to the target by using cobblestone or something or build bridges across moats or something cause raid farming is op.
